DTC Marketing Manager

Key Accountabilities:
• Deliver on revenue goals and contribution numbers for the Direct to Consumer business.
• Manage and meet spend budgets for Web, TV, Radio, Print, and deliver on targeted Return on Media (ROM).
• Deliver strong advertising campaigns developed in-house or by management of external ad agencies, focused on positive returns.
• Analyse media clearance, efficiency, and effectiveness of media in generating calls, conversion rates, cost to convert, and subsequently make decisions to optimise the business based on weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
• Create and manage a constructive, highly collaborative, high performing team.
• Develop and execute new strategies to deliver on marketing objectives.

Preferred Skills and/or Education:
• Strong B2C Direct Response marketer, with experience working with a variety of traditional and non-traditional media, including but not limited to Direct Response Television, Radio, Print, Paid Search and other online marketing initiatives
• Ability to represent consumer requirements to cross-functional development teams, and to work well with team members in a consensus oriented environment.
• Experience uncovering and evaluating strategic new opportunities.
• Must have experience in a supervisory, management role
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Personal passion for Consumer Marketing
• Highly effective in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong personal drive
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
